Nothing on this site is for sale except the ad space the affiliate links occupy. Rankings come from testing, scores come from the graded criteria below, and no operator has a channel — commercial or otherwise — into either. There is no rate card for a kinder verdict because there is no verdict anyone can rent.

Some of the books we review pay us commission when readers sign up through our links; several do not, and are reviewed identically. The arrangement’s reach ends at the link itself: a commissioned book has been scored low on these pages before and will be again the next time testing earns it.

Every verdict on this site is signed. The four reviewers each own one way of betting basketball:

• Darius "The Prop Doc" Okafor — player-props specialist. Tests prop-market depth, how early each book posts a line, whether alternate numbers are offered, and what a book does with a leg when a starter is scratched after it was placed.
• Mia "The Pulse" Tanaka — live-betting specialist. Tests in-play repricing speed, how often markets suspend mid-possession, how long a bet sits pending before it is accepted, and whether a cash-out quote reflects the true position.
• Walt "The Number" Kaminski — spreads and totals specialist. Tests price quality above all — the same NBA spread and total shopped across every book, the juice either side of a key number, alternate lines, and where each operator closes.
• Anika "The Horizon" Raman — futures specialist. Tests how deep a futures board runs beyond the headline market, how early season-long prices are posted, and how the awards and win-total markets are priced when nobody is watching them.

The routine behind every byline is the same: a real account, real deposits, and a minimum of two weeks living with the product before the verdict gets written.

Six graded criteria produce every score, each marked out of ten:

• Odds quality — where the book’s NBA prices sit against the Ontario market, pre-game and in-play, measured through the season
• Market depth — how much of basketball the book actually prices: props, alternates, builders and derivatives beyond the main lines
• Basketball coverage — whether the whole card gets served, or the marquee games get the attention and the Tuesday slate gets a template
• Withdrawals — the timed reality of getting money out in CAD, from request to bank credit
• Mobile experience — how the app and mobile site behave where basketball stresses them, on both platforms
• Trust and safety — AGCO registration under an iGaming Ontario agreement as the floor, then the safer-play tools and the support desk on top

The published score is the straight average of the six. Eligibility is binary and checked first: an operator absent from iGaming Ontario’s public register is not scored low — it is not scored.

Coverage here begins and ends with Ontario’s register. An operator appears on this site only after we have matched it against iGaming Ontario’s public list of registered operators ourselves — and global reputation buys no exceptions: an unregistered book is outside our scope regardless of its standing elsewhere. Our subject is sports betting; casino products are not part of this site’s coverage. When the register changes — new entrants, exits, licence transfers — the affected pages change with it, and each review’s revision date records when we last looked.

Spotted something wrong — a licence detail the register has overtaken, an odds range that has drifted, a feature we credit that no longer exists? Use the contact page. Correction reports get verified against the source and fixed promptly, and the page’s revision date records that it happened.

Every full review is re-checked at minimum every three months, and material changes — a licence event, a platform relaunch, a meaningful shift in the product — reopen a review immediately rather than waiting for the calendar.

This site earns commission when readers open accounts through its links — that income pays for the testing, the writing and the four people doing it. Every such link is disclosed and carries the rel attributes search engines require of sponsored links. The arrangement’s boundary is absolute: commission influences which links exist, never what the words around them say.
